Welcome to the Vale of White Horse YouMove pages! By signing up to YouMove, you and your family can enjoy a whole range of fun activities together in Vale of White Horse, including during weekends and school holidays.
Leisure centre offers in Vale of White Horse
With your YouMove card you will be able to access discounted rates at GLL/Better leisure centres.
On your first visit to a leisure centre, you will need to sign up with GLL to be able to access this. Simply take along your YouMove card and GLL/Better colleagues will get you started.
GLL Leisure will be providing a bespoke "Pay as you Play" YouMove membership offer in South Oxfordshire. You will be able to enjoy activities without needing to sign up for a monthly membership and pay as you play activities will be discounted by 50%.
Activities on offer in GLL Leisure Centres include swim for all and swim fitness sessions, badminton, squash and tennis (where centres have courts), soft play, gym. Speak to your local centre about sessions available for discount.
Swimming lessons and activities run by external providers will not be included in this offer.

Crossfit Kids and Crossfit Teens at Park Club Abingdon.
The usual cost for this is £7.75 so they have discounted it to £3.75 for YouMove card holders but they need to follow the process below.
The following process would need to be followed: YouMove users need to phone and book their slot in 24 hours before the session they would like to book onto. You need to pay over the phone in advance. On arrival for their 1st session, paperwork will need to be completed at reception. You will also need to bring your YouMove card with you and proof of ID to match them with the YouMove card
Discounted swimming at Park Club Milton Park. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday 13.00 - 15.30. Spaces are limited so pre-booking is advised.1 adult and accompanying children £3.75.
Discounted membership and sessions at Fitness & Wellbeing Hub
Gym memberships - 30% discount on monthly membership - making fees as low as £24.50 per month. Memberships include full access to our SMART gym equipment and group exercise timetable. We can also provide free advice for medical problems in relation to exercise.
Personal training - 50% off private sessions - From £10 a session, get the advice and support you need to live a more active lifestyle. Receive a training plan to complete outside of sessions for free.

Didcot Didcot Park Run - A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Free for everyone, not just with YouMove card. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you! The event takes place at Ladygrove park, Bowmont Water, off Avon Way, Didcot, OX11 7AF, every Saturday at 9:00am. Register for free before your first run here. You will be given a barcode to take on the day that can be scanned so you can be tracked and officially timed.
Matt Fiddes Martial Arts & MF Dance – They run classes around the region and you'll receive a 10% discount on monthly training fees with your YouMove card. Classes available in Abingdon, Didcot, Faringdon, Shrivenham and Wantage.
You can try a class for free to make sure it's right for you, simply book yourself in via www.mattfiddes.com and bring your YouMove card to the session with you.
We teach both Martial Arts and Dance Classes with a focus on developing key life skills. People are welcome to train on their own but there are also opportunities for parents and children to train together.
FREE Disability Cricket - This is open to everybody not just YouMove members, several sessions of FREE Disability Cricket across the county ages 8 - 25 at the following venues and times:

Smash Badminton, Abingdon - Smash! Junior Badminton Club is run by volunteers and provides a structured environment for young people of all abilities to play and develop their badminton skills. Beale Park - Beale Park is offering YouMove families reduced price tickets any day during term time, including weekends.
Tickets are £5 per person and must be brought at the gate on the day of your visit. YouMove card must be shown for discount to be applied. Under 2's are free.

Born to Move - Les Mills - Free classes that you can try at home without subscription!
When it comes to learning a whole lot of cool moves from dance, martial arts and yoga this class is the way to go. Each 20 or 40-minute class is jam-packed with cool music and foundation fitness moves and fun games. This is sure to leave the kids (and parents) feeling great!
